24 Most Retarded Books That Have Ever Been Published

I know that I shouldn’t be judging the book by its cover, and usually I don’t do so, but in this case I really don’t know what else to do with a book called “The Joy of Uncircumcising”. Here are 24 cases of the worst publishing fails. I wonder how the authors of these books managed to find a publishing house willing to issue these literal disasters it must have been a real financial failure. Who buys and reads crap like this?

I haven’t yet decided Which will be my next destination for this year.

Daredevils from Switzerland Enjoying an Extreme Hot Tub

Daredevils in Switzerland have taken an extreme dip in a jacuzzi suspended 150m above the ground. The breathtaking stunt was organised by a group of “extreme jacuzzi” fanatics who dangled 39m off the side of the 189m Gueuroz Bridge using cables and ropes. The 25 participants abseiled onto the platform to enjoy the bath and a breathtaking view of Trient Gorge, complete with champagne and cake. It took six hours to assemble the makeshift hot-tub and about 2500 hours to plan to mission. Water was heated in a second jacuzzi on the bridge and lowered onto the platform where a gas-powered system kept it warm.

We are all aware of how much money that is and how powerful this company is, but just to put things in perspective, we compared it for you with some other things. It really wasn’t too difficult to find things that Apple is worth more than and especially if we consider that US government declaration in which they confirm that the Apple had more liquidity (more operating cash at the end of the day) than the United States of America. It’s really something to ponder about. The world’s largest tech company has more cash than the world’s largest sovereign government. It probably has something to do with the fact that Apple doesn’t spend as much money as the US government.

There is nothing strange in actors being prettier and more handsome than the real life people and people we meet everyday. Finally that is the main reason why the Hollywood actors are so over payed for the job they do. Aside from being ridiculously rich, their fans simply adore them and collect pictures of them, signatures, various items that the adored celebrity used at some point, etc. And all of this happens just because we like looking at beautiful people. Even when the movie is telling the biography and life story of a real person, we need to make them more pleasing to the eye, so we could connect and sympathize with the character. It’s like the ugly people have no emotions at all, or if they do, they are always the ‘bad guys’ in the story. Anyhow, here are some images of the actors who are way better looking than the real life characters they played.

Mummies of the World

The Franklin Institute from Philadelphia invites visitors to an unusual exhibition called “Mummies of the world.” Every exhibit in this exhibition is unique. Here you can see the dog who’s remains were buried in peat bogs in Germany about five hundred years, and embalmed child, who lived 6420 years ago in Peru. The exhibition features forty-five mummies and ninety-five items related to mummification and embalming. The exhibition “Mummies of the World” was prepared with the participation of experts from fifteen European institutions under the auspices of the German Museum Reiss Engelhorn-Mannheim. The exhibition has visited many major U.S. cities.

Would You Stay in This Crazy Rock Hotel?

Anyone who has ever attempted to travel through Europe on a budget has probably ended up staying in some fairly strange places. But nothing we’ve ever experienced can top this proposal for “Barcelona Rock,” Poland-based UGO Architecture‘s entry in an international competition to design a “bohemian hostel for backpackers.” While from the outside the building looks like a strange part of the natural landscape, the structure contains fifty rooms with windows, a swimming pool, spa, gym, cinema, pub, and a small climbing wall for beginners (advanced climbers are meant to scale the hostel’s exterior). Elisany Silva from Brazil

The 14 year-old Brazilian teen with 6’9″ tall. Her height hasn’t come without problems. She had to leave school as she could no longer safely sit down in the school bus. Her parents don’t have enough money to determine the cause of or treat her inordinate growth. A medical specialist speculates that she has a rare disease called Gigantismo, a condition that causes the brain to over produce growth hormones. But Elisany wants to make the best of her size, explaining that she is interested in modeling. She will soon make her runway debut at a bridal fashion show in Belem, Brazil.

Jiggery-pokery! £2,000 dresses, lashings of fake tan, parents who sacrifice everything for fame-hungry children… Enter the surreal world of Irish dancing. Loretta Mauriello paid £1 for the first Irish dance class her daughter attended. The modest price, she explains, was part of the attraction. She was working as a market trader and couldn’t afford much more. The irony isn’t lost on her. Fast forward 15 years and she practically puts her fingers in her ears when you ask her to quantify what she has spent on her only child’s ‘hobby’, now that her daughter Simona is 21, and still dancing. ‘Oh, don’t go there,’ she shrieks. ‘I’ve never worked it all out. I’m afraid to. But yes, we’re talking thousands and thousands. She first traveled to America for a competition when she was seven, and we’ve been all over the world. Every penny – flights, hotels – has been paid for by me.

Two most important events on Bali prepared with great care are weddings and funerals and the costs for both of these two events are enormous. The costs for this wedding in the photos below was 4000$ and it is even more for people that live in such terrible conditions. For the people in the western cultures it seems ridiculous and absurd to spend such an amount of money when you can barely live on your salary, but eastern cultures think it is inappropriate not to celebrate a wedding with all necessary rituals.
