Floating stairs – Crazy idea or a lousy architecture?

This staircase looks pretty scary! I can’t come up with a reason why would anyone build stairs like this. Maybe for an action movie or some crazy bet. What ever it is, I’m sure of one thing and that is that I would never use these stairs, not in a million years! First image seemed like it’s not so high, but at the last one I realized how high it actually is. The architect of this project probably got something wrong, maybe he originally planned to put the staircase inside of the building, but something went wrong with his plans.

my guess is there’s no opening at doors , just a fun aesthetic add on

As previous poster mentioned, they’re a concept feature – not design to be walked on, but seen from a distance. These steel external spiral stairs that I designed (linked on my name), on the other hand, look good and you -can- walk on them to get to the roof
