Animals behave just like humans, or should I say that we still behave exactly like animals. No matter how hard we try to move off from nature, it remains in us. Have a look at the second picture below and you’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s absolutely hilarious. I think she’s only missing a cigarette.

Instinctively the lioness turns back down immediately after mating holding sperm inside for a better insemination. I think that process could be useful for women who face insemination difficulties. Draw the wisdom from her highness the Lioness.

The very next photo in the series ought to have shown the female trying to swat the male lion’s head off- literally. The ***** of the lion (and of most cats, actually) has backward facing barbs, so that when he thrashes about, and then withdraws, causes the female a good deal of very real pain and distress (that is why he has to hold her down by grasping the back of her neck with his teeth, and what that very unhappy face is really all about). The second he has his release, she is so taken with the pain of the moment, she turns on him and hits him with her paw, with all the might she has left.
As bad as that may sound, then you also must consider that the female lion mates about once every 15 minutes during the 72 hour period of her heat, which can also explain the exhaustion and look of sheer happiness, after a wee bit of rest.
It really bodes we humans not to be too anthropomorphic, putting too much of a human face on the very real-life experiences of other earthly creatures. Like as not, it diminishes the reality of what they go actually have to go through…
