Yes, it is true. All these women were once men, and you can see the images before and after the gender change. It is really unbelievable. Some of these ladies look very beautiful and feminine, but some of them still have some male features.

I know the guy in picture number 11. The girl in the orange sweater and the guy in the overalls. They are not the same person. The girl happens to have the same name as the guy in the overall. His name is Thai Tai. In fact a friend of mine just recently met with him last tuesday. Hopefully the orginal poster of this blog would remove his picture as it is the wrong person.

Most of them look quite pretty. The breasts are either implants or naturally grew from injected/swallowed hormone medication. There is a surgery to change ***; some undergo it, others do not…
wow…Im amazed how good some of these girls look, modern science and surgery, but if they get breasts like that from swallowing some pills i wanna find out how to get them cause i could use some enhancement without implants…lol..just joking! they are very beautiful…
