Yes, it is true. All these women were once men, and you can see the images before and after the gender change. It is really unbelievable. Some of these ladies look very beautiful and feminine, but some of them still have some male features.

Actually, MTF bottom surgery (making a ***** into a ******) is very successful and realistic. Often even medical professionals cannot tell.

You can tell, if you stop and look close. You can always tell if there is a room full of real women. What is not presented in the pics is the voice, most often the surest giveaway.
No, you can’t. You only recognize the masculine features if you know they are transsexual and then you think you can tell, but if you put these women in a room full of other women of all types, and asked which ones were trans, you’d just pick the most masculine looking ones and really wouldn’t be able to tell at all.
By the way, there are techniques to feminize the voice. There is even a procedure in which you shave the adam’s apple which also makes the voice more feminine. You can’t tell at all.
Every voice is capable of doing all pitches, it’s a matter of training your voice to do so. Even without surgery, men can train their voices to sound like girls with enough practice, and if they went through all the trouble of looking like a girl, I’m sure they do that as well.

Men have wider jaws, for one, so were I a man trying to become a woman, I’d have my jawbone sawed down, and probably my brow lifted some. Lips might get a bit of work, too, and my chin.
I think they all look great- Yeah, 4, 5, 6 and 10 aren’t beauties, but some women aren’t. They still look like women- and I think it’s absurd to say you can tell at a glance. I’m an unattractive woman, and I can honestly say there’s nothing more surprising than being asked if you were born a man.

All of these people are WOMEN who were born with male bodies, and they had them corrected. The condition is called Transsexualism. It is a physical condition that occurs when the fetal brain is exposed to the wrong amount of testosterone, or at the wrong time. It is not a choice, and there is nothing that they could to get rid of it. The only treatment is to correct the body to match the mind. I realize that most of the people here have little more than a grade-school education, but it takes 5 minutes to type “transsexualism” it Wikipedia and education yourselves, so you don’t sound like such ignorant, bigoted morons… unless that’s how you like to be perceived.

He’s the one wearing denim overalls in his old pic, and his After pic shows him as a woman wearing the black dress (with the orange sweater over him), and long black gloves. I’m not sure about other races, but Asians can pull it off a lot better. Ive seen them around Bangkok. They are really pretty and they’re quite proud (when asked of their *** change)
A few details – yes, they’re all genuine. Yes, they all transitioned from looking male externally to looking female. All were born with female neurology. At least one – Caroline Cosset, the Bond Girl, is Intersexed. Neither 46,xy (usually male) nor 46,xx (usually female) but 47,xxy (Klinefelter syndrome).
And some Intersex syndromes such as 5ARD or 17BHDD can cause an apparent “natural *** change” from female to male. Ones the other way are rarer, and vary a lot.
Pictures of probably the most rapid one recorded are here. Usually it takes years rather than 6 months. Such rapid changes are probably usually fatal, the metabolic stress is enormous.
