This show is made of both ballet and circus performances accompanied by great music. Sometimes the viewers’ hearts freeze from the dizzying acrobatic tricks. But always fear gives way to rapture, and this astonishing performance is always followed by generous applause. Here’s an interview with the director of the show, Chanoch Rozen. Hundreds of ballet dancers gathered in Central Park on Monday to break a Guinness World Record. A total of 230 volunteer dancers broke a Guinness World Record when they stood en pointe for one minute and seven seconds at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park, besting the previous record of 220 dancers.
