“I started doing this when I was twelve years old. My first experience I have gained in Frankenberg movie theater and various photo clubs, which I went to along with my father. When I was fourteen, my father stopped going to the club and entrusted me with all our equipment. In those years when I worked in the apiary, I learned to appreciate and love nature. My attention was always attracted to insects and flower buds, because the macro these objects provides a very beautiful and spectacular photos. I’d like to see my works have inspired people to know this amazing natural world that surrounds us. After all, we are often so preoccupied with our troubles, not to notice the beauty that is very close. “

Cute little monsters
Posted in Life by sanela | Tags: animals, insects, macro, microscope, nature, photosThis is what insects look like under microscope! They look like aliens, monsters and creatures from science fiction movies. I always thought that those people that designed and created aliens and monsters in movies are really geniuses, but it turns out they actually have pretty good microscopes. I don’t know if it’s just me or do you find them in some weird and twisted way cute too? Also, I expected the Dog flea to look like a little redneck and to sing “Food on the corner”, but it didn’t pan out.

Life through eyes of a fly
Posted in Misc by sanela | Tags: colors, flies, macro, photos, worldPhotograph Viktor Kuyda is best known by his macro photography and images of bees, flies and insects. He dedicated so much of his time to insects and macro photography, that eventually he began to see the world through theirs eyes. These images are showing exactly that-life through eyes of a fly. It is a really unusual perspective and a breeze of cool air in the world of macro photography. If this was truly how flies see the world, their lives would be full of vivid and vigor colors.
